Boycott Batelco
This is ridiculous!! I am totally gob smacked!! why oh why do batelco keep coming up with those harsh and un fair schemes !! The prising is already too high in comparison with other countries in the gulf and putting a tab just makes things worst. I for one depend a lot on the internet, doing this might not affect me as bad as others but this pushes the internet (which is a right to everyone) out of the reach of people with low incomes.
I wish we have an alternative because I would never hesitate to abandon this monopoly !! This greedy company makes profits in huge sums as it is !!

Sir, You are right. if you compare batelco charges with even very poor countries charges are less and those countries have huge infrastructure to manage where batelco has very little to manage 1 or 2 exchanges...... i wish we have an alternat.... other hand they are pushing people to camel life going backward........ Ministries , Banks, insurance companies, public sector and other establishment are trying to make things easy/fast via internet but batelco.....is moving opposite side...... what to do...... Also see the criteria of commercial establishment...... and bank with million of BD worth will pay same amount BD 40/ for same thing a small shop of 2 guys will also pay bd 40/ because it is a commercial establishment........
